This is an interactive course designed to provide a learning environment to gain the knowledge needed to expand your deep venous practice. This program is intended to give an overview of how to diagnose, treat and manage patients with venous disease. These sessions will start out with the basics and broaden to intermediate and advanced venous knowledge through didactic, case reviews, live cases and panel discussions. The attendee should have foundational venous anatomy knowledge, deep venous disease management and peripheral IVUS prior to attending this course.

Interactive course focused on the education for deep venous ultrasound protocol in combination of the treatment strategy for patients with deep venous disease. Monday’s session will be for the Ultrasound technologist to learn the protocol when imaging someone with deep venous disease. Monday evening will highlight an overview of deep venous disease. Tuesday’s session will be comprised of both didactic presentations and case observation to ensure educational objectives are met.
